What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The watch must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ikus-watches.ch.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all IKUS watches come with a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, or unauthorized modifications.
How long does shipping take?
Switzerland: 2-3 business days. EU: 3-5 business days. All orders include tracking and are shipped with signature confirmation.
