1. Returns for Customers in Switzerland
IKUS WATCHES voluntarily offers customers with a delivery address in Switzerland a 14-day right of return.
The return period begins on the day after the customer receives the goods.

Please include your order number where possible. You do not need to provide a reason for the return.
After notifying us of the return, the product must be sent back within 14 days.
2. Condition of Returned Products
You may carefully unpack, inspect and try on the watch in order to assess its appearance, characteristics and fit.
For a full refund, the product should be returned:

complete;

clean;

without signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and try on the product;

with all accessories supplied with the product;

with any documentation or warranty materials supplied with the product;

and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
Carefully opening the packaging or trying on the watch does not automatically prevent a return.
If the product has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and this results in a loss of value, IKUS WATCHES may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
3. Return Costs for Customers in Switzerland
For voluntary returns from Switzerland where the product is not defective or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
The original shipping costs are generally not refunded for voluntary returns within Switzerland.
If the product delivered is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange the appropriate procedure.
4. Refunds for Returns from Switzerland
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process any applicable refund.
Refunds are generally issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We normally process the refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
5. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have, where applicable, the right to withdraw from a distance purchase made through our online shop within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.
If several products from one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when the final product from that order has been received.
6. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
You may use the Model Withdrawal Form provided at the end of this policy, but use of this form is not mandatory.
7. Effects of Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the returned goods, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery costs are not refundable.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notification of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
You will not be charged any additional fee by IKUS WATCHES for the refund.
8. Returning Products After Withdrawal
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day return period expires.

Please do not automatically send returns to our business address, as the return address may differ.
For EU consumers, contacting us before sending the product is not an additional requirement for the valid exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.
9. Cost of Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or we expressly agree otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
We recommend using a trackable and adequately insured shipping method.
IKUS WATCHES is not responsible for selecting the customer's return shipping provider.
10. Inspection and Loss of Value
You may inspect and handle the product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
A watch may therefore be carefully:

unpacked;

inspected;
-
handled;
-
and tried on.
You are responsible only for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning, where applicable law provides for such liability.
Examples of handling that may result in a reduction in value include:

wearing the watch for an extended period;
-
scratches or other visible signs of use;
-
damage caused by improper handling;

missing accessories or components.
Carefully removing the shipping packaging or trying on the watch does not by itself result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
11. Personalised or Custom-Made Products
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made according to individual customer specifications or clearly personalised for the customer.
If IKUS WATCHES offers a personalised, engraved or individually customised product for which the right of withdrawal does not apply, this will be clearly indicated before the order is completed.
Regular non-personalised IKUS watches are not excluded from the right of withdrawal on this basis.
12. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
The right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.

Where a valid defect or incorrect delivery exists, IKUS WATCHES will bear the necessary or reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with applicable law.
Your statutory warranty and consumer rights are not limited by this Return and Withdrawal Policy.
13. Exchanges
Because IKUS WATCHES produces and sells watches in small quantities, direct exchanges cannot always be guaranteed.
If you would like a different model or product variation, please contact:
Depending on availability, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original product and place a new order.
14. Return Address
Please do not send products back without first checking the current return address.
Before returning a product, contact:

The business address of IKUS WATCHES is not automatically the return address.
For EU consumers, this does not affect the validity of a withdrawal that has already been exercised within the applicable withdrawal period.
Please do not send returns using a method that causes unpaid customs, postage or handling charges to IKUS WATCHES without prior agreement.
